Valeo Networks Joins CareerSource TechHire Program

Valeo Networks, LLC (Valeo Networks) has joined CareerSource Flagler Volusia, CareerSource Brevard, and collaborative educational partners to make a fundamental commitment to help train and connect Americans between ages 17-29 through new, innovative training opportunities to accelerate these individuals for employment. SIT believes this strategic collaboration with the CareerSource network and its academic partners will equip individuals with the skills they need through innovative agile training methods for workers and connect them to well-paying, middle- and high-skilled, and high-growth jobs in H-1B industries such as IT, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and financial services.

In partnership with CareerSource Brevard, Valeo Networks intends to:

1. Assist, as appropriate, with implementing boot camps, Career Pathways and innovative accelerated training programs consistent with CareerSource Brevard and its partners
2. Provide work based training opportunities such as OJT for new hires and/or paid intern opportunities supported by the resources and tools offered through CareerSource Brevard
3. Support the TechHire initiative over the period of the grant for the TechHire Program.
