The Fast CheckIn feature is a kiosk-style check-in center designed to permit patients to enter registration information directly into the system unassisted. The information inputted into the computer system by patients will then automatically update into their Eaglesoft patient records. Dental offices must have version 14 or older to take advantage of Fast CheckIn.
Multiple kiosks can be set up in the office, allowing more than one patient to fill out and review their documentation. Once installed, the Fast CheckIn can be configured to determine information that was reviewed and/or updated by patients during the registration process.
Eaglesoft offers multiple documentation software packages that include Patient Demographics, Medical History, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, HIPAA Authorization, and HIPAA Consent, along with custom documentation.
The Eaglesoft Technology team confirms that the CheckIn kiosks are no longer limited to desktops computers and will work on laptops and tablets. From our Fast CheckIn experience, Valeo Networks has learned that the Dell 7350 Ultrabook is the most reliable notebook to use with the Fast CheckIn solution.
