Day 59: CMMC Isn’t Optional—It’s Operational

The DFARS final rule is now in effect, and CMMC compliance is no longer a future requirement—it’s operational today. With just 59 days left until the November 10 deadline, organizations handling Federal Contract Information (FCI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) must act now.

If your CMMC status isn’t logged in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), you’re not eligible for DoD contracts. Period.
