Valeo Networks President/CEO Joins CareerSource Brevard Board of Directors

Valeo Networks, LLC’s (Valeo Networks) President and CEO, Mr. Travis Mack will be joining the CareerSource Brevard (CSB) Board of Directors team. The CareerSource Brevard is a private, non-profit organization that supports the State of Florida workforce initiatives. It is one of Florida’s 24 Workforce Boards that has been established through the State of Florida legislation. CareerSource Brevard is a facilitator and catalyst for workforce development services that are responsive to the employment needs of Brevard County.

Mr. Mack’s nomination was confirmed on November 17, 2015 by the CSB Board of Directors. His nomination is currently with the Brevard County Commissioners for Legislative approval.

As a board member, Mr. Mack will be legally responsible for fiscal oversight, ensuring the organization is well managed, partnering with local elected officials, assisting in creating the organization’s identity, communicating and promoting the organization’s mission and goals, and providing industry knowledge and insight. Mr. Mack will also a member of the E3 committee.

Valeo Networks is excited to have Mr. Mack play a part in planning and making a difference for all employment seekers in Brevard County. Mr. Mack is currently a Board of Directors member of the United Way of Ventura and Boys and Girls Club of Oxnard. He also contributes annually to California State University, Channel Islands and California State University, San Bernardino. As a company, Valeo Networks is partnered with the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) to provide FIT students and alumni the ability to work at Valeo Networks. We also have business and education partnerships with the California State University, Channel Islands, AERO Institute and New Horizon Computer Learning Centers.
