## Challenge

Before this medical services practice started working with Next I.T., they struggled with their technology.

- Undependable WAN limited sharing patient records between two offices
- Old servers and workstations crashed every day so they couldn’t book procedures
- ‘Free’ POP email was not HIPAA compliant

## Solution

- Replaced their legacy equipment
- Became their ‘virtual I.T. department’
- Added Managed Backups
- Proactive technology advice

## Outcome

- Back office staff is more efficient
- The radiologists are spending more time reviewing X-Rays
- Patient records are turned around quicker to the hospital surgeons
